Paddock entrance & exit

Getting 5,000 participants to the paddock and lots within a short time is not easy. That’s why there’s a detailed entrance plan and rules for the access routes during the event. Exit from all pits and lots is possible for 24-hour participants from Sunday 1:30 p.m. (Subject to change)

Entrance schedule

A time window from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and two independent entry zones will be available for entering the paddock on Friday.
On Saturday there will be a time window from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. in both entry zones for participants who arrive late. The number of those arriving late has risen critically. If the time window stated above does not suffice, the entry on Saturday morning may be massively delayed, as we have to find an individual entry solution for each remaining vehicle after 8:00 a.m.

Entry and exit during the event

Not all lots are accessible from outside the grounds during the event. The gates listed below are open from Saturday to Sunday and the accessibility of each lot can be seen on the site plan. If in doubt, please send an inquiry to service@radamring.de

  • Access Stefan-Bellof-Straße
  • Access Historic Paddock
  • Access Hatzenbachtunnel

All plots and boxes must be left by 6 p.m. on Sunday. Overnight camping from Sunday to Monday is only possible at Camping am Nürburgring!

Attention with large vehicles: The passage height in the Hatzenbach tunnel is limited to 3.60 m. In addition, access to the paddock is restricted for heavy vehicles. Vehicles larger than 3.60 m of height and with a gross vehicle weight over 7.5 tons which plan to enter via this access route, must contact us in advance by e-mail.

Zone blue/green

The colors blue and green enter car park C6. There will be a backlog zone from around 2 p.m. Starting from 4 p.m. the lots can be driven in. Blue faces the Mercedes Arena against the direction of the race track. The “front lots” are light blue in the Mercedes Arena area and on the home stretch (C).

The green sector follows the same philosophy in the direction of travel with light and dark green. There will be signposts at the respective junctions.

Zone red/yellow

The backlog zone is located in car park D next to the district road. All participants enter via the Hatzenbach tunnel and will be directed by our volunteers to the respective areas according to their colors.
