Carolin Schiff und Paul Voß on the roster
It is a high-profile debut for our Gravel Race: reigning German champions Carolin Schiff and Paul Voß will take on the 100-kilometer gravel challenge at Rad am Ring. Paul Voß is already familiar with the Nürburgring. Back in 2016, he won the UCI race “Rudi Altig Race” on the Formula 1 circuit in the Eifel region. A while ago, he switched to gravel racing and has established himself among the best. He’s sharing his expertise with us as route planning advisor for the Gravel Race and as its official ambassador.
Carolin Schiff reached the pinnacle of her career in 2023 with her first victory at the German Championships and her win at the “Unbound 200” in the USA, one of the most prestigious international races. She has certainly set the bar high for Rad am Ring’s gravel premiere. Another favorite is Jasper Ockeloen from the Netherlands, who will also be at the start line. The Rose Racing Circle, a group of passionate cycling fans who consider riding (and racing) with friends the ultimate way to celebrate the sport, registered as a larger group.
