German Gravel Championship – Official race announcement now online
It took some time to finalize all formalities, but now the event is set. At the German Gravel Championship as part of Rad am Ring, men will race 125 kilometers and women 100 kilometers. In addition, there will be an open gravel race over 50 kilometers.
The championship itself is reserved for German licensed riders, but the races are open to everyone, including cyclists with international licenses. That means the German champion could also win the gravel race but doesn’t necessarily do so.
Starts will be organized in three blocks, with championship riders positioned at the front of each block. As in previous years, prize money will be awarded for the gravel races. Award ceremonies will be held separately, but consecutively.
All currently registered participants who wish to switch to the German Championship can email to: service@radamring.de
