Thank you very much for 2025! The date for 2026 has been set!
We would like to once again thank all participants, employees, helpers, sponsors and partners for an unforgettable Rad am Ring 2025. We enjoyed your praise, but we also take the few critical comments seriously. Rad am Ring 2026 is already on our minds. And rightly so, because the date has been set: 24 to 26 July 2026. We are still celebrating the success a little, but we are already working on details and new ideas.
The focus is particularly on the gravel race, which we were pleased with on its debut. But every first time shows that theory and practice are not always entirely compatible. We will be sending the gravel riders a questionnaire in the next few weeks and hope to receive extensive and constructive feedback.
We always take constructive feedback about incidents on the track seriously, as this is the only way we have been able to make Rad am Ring what it is today. Although every crash is one too many, we will unfortunately not be able to prevent them all in the future. We wish everyone who left the Nürburgring with injuries a speedy recovery. For context: in 2025, we had a total of 32 incidents requiring medical attention, four fewer (!) than last year. These include (some) circulatory problems among touring riders and other recorded injuries. The absolute accident blackspots are Kallenhardt (mostly turning too early) and Brünnchen (mostly driving too far to the right). The other incidents cannot be classified.
