Expo area information
A fenced and clearly visible expo area will be provided in the paddock. The expo area is an asphalted outdoor area.
The location of the event Rad am Ring and EXPO is 53520 Nürburgring / Eifel, Stefan-Bellof-Str. 1 / GP paddock.
Stand rental and other costs
The stand rental fee is 58 Euro/m2 plus VAT. The minimum size is 9m2. Areas for parking and further advertising material (e.g. roll-ups, beach flags etc.) have to be considered in the area to be booked as well as in the sketch..
If required, a 230V electricity connection (flat rate 130€ plus VAT) or a three-phase current (price on request) as well as a water connection (flat rate 80€ plus VAT) can be booked additionally. The waste disposal fee of 80€ is obligatory and does not have to be booked separately.
Registration: There are two ways to register for the Expo:
1. complete and submit the online registration form below.
2. download the PDF registration form, fill it in completely and send a copy by e-mail to t.schork@eventwerkstatt.net.
Special offer for exhibitors
All exhibitors have the opportunity to address the target group with an insert in the starter bags. The insert price depends on the insert itself.
