Expo area information

As in 222, a fenced and clearly visible expo area will be available in the paddock again. The expo area is a paved outdoor area.

Location of the event Rad am Ring and EXPO is 53520 Nuerburgring / Eifel, Stefan-Bellof-Str. 1 / GP-Paddock

Costs and discounts

The cost for booths is 53Euro/m² plus VAT.

Minimum size is 9m². Early bird discount with 10% of the booth place is available until December 31, 2022.

The electricity connection, if required, costs a fixed rate of 120 euros, the water connection (optional) costs 75 euros. Waste disposal (mandatory) is charged at a flat rate of 75 euros: All costs in each case plus VAT.

Special offer for exhibitors

All exhibitors have the opportunity to reach the target group additionally with an insert in our goody bag. The costs depend on the insert.
