Note on “flying structures” over 75m²: Leaflet on the procedure for larger tent structures
If you are planning to erect a tent of more than 75m², it is essential that you follow the instructions below.
“Temporary structures are structures which are suitable and intended to be erected and dismantled repeatedly at different locations.” (Excerpt from the text of the law)
In this specific case, this concerns all tents over 75 m² in area. According to the resolution from the 88th meeting of the Working Group for Flying Structures, tent-like porches on vehicles form a unit together with the vehicle and the respective areas are to be added and together result in a structural installation.

This means that if the addition of the two areas results in a size of more than 75 m², the LBauO RLP applies.
